Course description
This 3-day Toyota Kata course leads to Certified Coach status. Toyota Kata develops your skill in coaching Toyota Kata learners in scientific thinking and rapid experimentation.
You will also discover how other companies extract value from Toyota Kata and how to make Toyota Kata work in practice.
The small group setting of this Toyota Kata training enables rich interactions and networking with likeminded professionals, as you learn and practise the Toyota Kata Learner and Coach skills.
Pre-requisites
There are no formal pre-requisites for attending this training.
This training is intended for internal participants of manufacturing and service organisations. Consultants and professional trainers must contact us in advance of booking this course to discuss our licensing options.
Logistics
Location: Mojácar, Almeria (Spain)
Venue: Paradores Resort Hotel
Nearest airports: Almeria (1 hour), Murcia (2 hours) and Alicante (2.5 hours) with regular flights from the UK and European Destinations. Regular airport shuttles provide a seamless transfer to and from these airports.
